Quebec MELS Merit Scholarship Program in Canada for International Students 2016-2017

Application are invited from international candidates by Quebec MELS Merit Scholarship Program Canada to undertake in doctoral research,postdoctoral and short term research program in Québec. Candidates should not apply directly to agency, they must be nominated by the university. The grants per year are different for different courses.Only the nominated candidates by a University may submit an application to the provincial competition. The last date for submitting the application form is November 1st, 2015.
